Coil coating @ Metal Paint: «finish first - fabricate later»

We coat metal strips made of aluminum, steel, galvanized steel or rubberized steel. We are not afraid of other metals either and are ready to find a suitable solution as part of a project. In our automated process, paints, adhesion promoters and foils can be coated. Our pre-treatment, which is the basis for a high-quality metal strip, is particularly noteworthy. Automated dosing and control mechanisms ensure that the metal strip is in the perfect condition for the subsequent coating after pre-treatment. We then refine the strips with high-quality paints. Depending on the requirements profile and wishes, paints with the appropriate properties are used, such as particularly weather-resistant or particularly abrasion-resistant paints. The treated coils are then cut to the width required by the customer on the slitting line, packaged and shipped according to their intended use. Special treatments such as perforations, painting of the cut edges and foiling are also possible. Further processing takes place at the customer's premises and can include punching, profiling, deep drawing, joining or gluing.
